Welcome to ZetaBeam. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Apple's Standard EULA

The terms below supplement Apple's standard EULA with specific information about ZetaBeam's services and subscriptions.

Subscription Services

ZetaBeam offers premium features through subscription and one-time purchase options:

Monthly Subscription ($1.99/month)

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Price: $1.99 USD per month (or equivalent in your local currency).
  • Features: Remove all ads, unlimited file transfers, no file size limits, and early access to new features.

Lifetime Purchase ($4.99 one-time)

  • One-Time Payment: Pay once and get lifetime access to all premium features.
  • Price: $4.99 USD (or equivalent in your local currency).
  • Features: Same features as monthly subscription, but no recurring charges.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select ZetaBeam and choose "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
  • If you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly, as all purchases are processed through Apple.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. If prices increase, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will only apply after your current subscription period ends. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree to the price change.

Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you may be charged for a subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Free trials are only available once per user.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ZetaBeam only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Transfer illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

Disclaimer of Warranties

ZetaBeam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we use end-to-end encryption, we are not responsible for any data loss or security breaches.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZetaBeam and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
